Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Representative with Signature Flight Support Corporation, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, from greeting them upon arrival to assisting them with their needs throughout their stay.Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, responding to changing circumstances and priorities.Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • License: Valid state driver's license required (where applicable).
  • Background Check: Pass a background check and obtain an airport security badge.
  • Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience: Three to six months of experience in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
