A company is looking for a Customer Service Agent to work

Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to clients
Answer customer inquiries and forward messages to clients
Maintain knowledge of company products and meet performance
metrics
Required Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience preferred (1 year)
Flexible availability for varying work hours
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
PC/Laptop with Windows 10 and a hard-wired internet connection
Reliable transportation
