Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage LPN for
part-time evening shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health
providers
Access EMRs for charting and utilize internal applications during
calls
Complete required training and maintain compliance with licensing
and CEUs
Required Qualifications
MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is
required
Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED or critical
care
Comfortable accessing multiple technology applications for
documentation
Must reside in the U.S. and be legally eligible to work
