Job Description:
Job Summary We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
to join our collaborative team at a clinic. In this role, you will
diagnose and treat both acute and chronic conditions, order and
interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and educate and
counsel patients about their health. You will work alongside
physicians, RN Case Managers, and clinic staff to provide
