Summary We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Day Surgery team. • Earned a nursing diploma or degree from a college or university
• Licensed in the state of Tennessee
• Minimum of one-year med/surg nursing experience
• BLS within 90 days of hire Performance Standards:
  • Performs a comprehensive assessment on all patients
  • Plans and provides emotional and psychosocial support for patients and families
  • Handles/ administers medications safely and in accordance with policies
  • Documents accurately and timely
  • Accepts charge responsibilities and assigns staff with consideration of patient care requirements
  • Maintains healing and therapeutic environment for the patient and family
  • Demonstrates responsibility for assigned communications and special assignments
