Our task is to help identify exceptional talent for the Atlanta office which is going through a period of exceptional growth, having already secured their order book for 2022.SKILLS NEEDED:

• Responsible for running multiple large projects from the ground up, with construction values $60-100M upwards.
• Create and manage budgets for all assigned projects.
• Conduct project meetings, while setting milestones and formulating monthly owner reports.
• Establish job processes (RFIs, submittals, and pay applications) including approving pay applications and negotiating subcontract change orders.
• Perform project scheduling, project quality control, and establish overall project logistics.
• Oversee and coordinate planning and scope development, specification and drawing preparation, equipment and materials planning.
• Ensure overall quality and project control is at the highest standards.
• Providing project reports to the owner and senior leadership.
• As a leader, you have to be as available and inclusive as possible for your team.REQUIREMENTS:
  • Hospitality and/or multi-family/medical experience responsible for leading projects of at least $60M.
  • Large project experience in the Atlanta region.
  • Introducing and maintaining a culture of positivity and continuous improvement.
