Location: Longevity Health Center, Roswell, GA Contact: Melina Smith - Office Manager Job Overview: Longevity Health Center is seeking a skilled and dedicated Massage Therapist / Therapy Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a spa or therapy center environment and be proficient in various massage techniques. This role involves evaluating clients, developing treatment plans, performing massages, and additional therapy tech duties. Responsibilities: Evaluate clients' soft tissue condition, joint function, muscle strength, and range of motion. Develop and propose treatment plans specifying massage types. Consult with clients about their medical histories and any stress or pain issues. Perform massages and knead muscles and soft tissues. Collaborate with other health care professionals on treatment plans. Maintain detailed and accurate client treatment records. Ensure clean linens for all therapy treatments. Laundry on site Attend meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: Preferred: Experience in a spa or therapy center. 2+ years as a professional massage therapist. Proficient in reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, trigger point, sports, and deep tissue massage. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills. Good computer skills. Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods. Professional appearance. Ability to perform massages on all body types and sizes. Additional Therapy Tech Duties: Training provided Run Thermometry screening. Perform Assisted-Lymphatic therapy. Administer FSM therapy. Operate HOCATT. Conduct simple urinalysis lab tests (BTA).
