Board Certification: Eligible
License required: GA LICENSE REQUIRED IN HAND
Minimum experience required: Urology experience required
Credentialing Timeframe: 21 days
--- OT: $ 1.5x normal rate
--- Holiday: $ - 1.5x normal rate New Year s Day, Memorial Day,
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day 00
