Coverage Needed
- ASAP - Ongoing
- Minimum 3 - 6 months with option to extend
- Locums to Perm Option
- Schedule
  - Mon, Thurs 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
  - Tues, Wed, Fri 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
  - Clinical Details
    - Triage and treat as appropriate, Primary Care/Urgent Care/Occupational Medicine for a Corporate Private Practice
    - Physicals/Lab Draws
    - Average of 10 - 15 Patients Per Shift
    - Adult Patients Ages 18 and Older
    - Requirements
      - Board Certified Required
      - Active GA License Required
      - Must have experience in Primary Care/Urgent Care Settings
      - BLS Required
      - DOT Certification Highly Preferred (will consider providers willing to get DOT Certified if they have Occ Med Experience)
      - Drive In / Local Candidates Only
      - Support Staff
