Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Job Specialty: Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day - 3x12 - 7am - 7pm Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Experience in cardiac and vascular procedures preferred License: GA or compact license required Certifications: Required certifications in relevant fields Must-Have: Strong endovascular experience; preference for Neurosurgery, Surgical Oncology, and Robotics experience Job Description: - Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate with Nurse Management for interviews of all candidates. - Work 12-hour shifts from 6:30 am to 7 pm, with 48-60 hours of on-call required every 4-week period, including weekend calls. - Be available to float to General Operating Room when required. - You may sign up for calls on days off or work days, with rare needs to remain on call for the entire 12-hour shift. - Engage in discussions for on-call alterations based on staffing needs, offering early release when necessary. - Access to two on-call rooms for staff convenience during on-call periods. - Work within a 50-mile radius policy, disallowing local travelers. This job role requires a dedicated nurse with strong experience in cardiovascular operating room settings, particularly in endovascular procedures and the ability to operate within diverse surgical environments.
