Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner who desires a smaller practice off the beaten path to grow and build relationships with patients and the community to join our healthcare team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

--- Perform assessment, by obtaining patient medical and social histories, and by performing diagnostic testing and taking vital signs.

--- Evaluate signs and symptoms of patient

--- Refer patients to physicians or other health care providers and facilities as needed and monitor outcome of the referral.

--- Consult and collaborate with other professionals as needed.

--- Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.

Qualification/Experience:

--- Master's Degree as NP or Must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner educational program

--- Minimum 5 years cardiac experience as Nurse Practitioner

Licenses/Certifications:

--- Current State TN Nurse Practitioner License

--- Active DEA License

--- BLS/ACLS Certification
