You will have the opportunity to nurture individuals while teaching and guiding them through fundamental skills needed for their day to day activities.Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 settingImplement Behavior Support Plan correctly and as directed by the BCBAAccept constructive feedback and actively work to meet areas of need as stated by the BCBAPrepare and assist in the construction of instructional materialsComplete clinical data collection and daily administrative work in a accurate, detailed and timely fashionWork as a team and collaborate with team membersParticipate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetingsDebrief caregiver(s) on each sessionMaintain confidential health informationComplete authorized therapy hours per clientComplete all other job-related duties as directedWhat you'll needA valid Registered Behavior Technician credential (we can work with you on getting this!)A valid driver's license and personal auto insuranceClear criminal background checksEnjoyment working with, caring for, and having fun with childrenAn outgoing and positive attitudeAn able to receive ongoing constructive feedbackStrong written and verbal communication skillsEnjoyment working as part of a teamDesire to build a career working with individuals with disabilitiesThe ability to act on multiple activities concurrently while working with small childrenSound technical and computer skills and reliable internet access
