Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Manager
- Transportation (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and
supporting new business
Direct daily activities of the account management team and handle
customer service requests, policy administration, and claims
Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages,
and manage policy expirations and renewals
Qualifications
3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the
insurance industry
Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
Required active Property & Casualty licensing; professional
designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
