• Managing deal execution, run projects and help manage a lean deal team
• Overseeing due diligence processes and materials
• Working closely with Managing Directors to execute on M&A dealsQualifications:
  • 5+ years of Investment Banking experience
  • A background in the FIG sector and experience within depositories, community or regional banks
  • M&A and Capital Markets deal experience
