A company is looking for a Client Success Director - Strategic
Accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Own strategic client relationships with high-value accounts,
ensuring alignment between client goals and platform
capabilities
Drive measurable ROI and business outcomes by developing strategies
that demonstrate the impact of the platform on workforce
performance
Collaborate with Sales to expand client relationships and secure
renewals through demonstrated value
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in strategic consulting and business acumen
Strong track record of executive stakeholder management
Experience in cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product,
and Marketing teams
Analytical skills to assess adoption trends and engagement
metrics
Ability to proactively solve problems and adapt strategies for
client success
