A company is looking for a VP of Sales - Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Develops and executes strategic vision for the Benefits and
Underwriting businesses to achieve growth and profitability
Identifies new market segments and product opportunities while
analyzing industry trends and competitor strategies
Champions the brand to brokers and secures partnerships and
distribution channels to meet growth and retention targets
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Commercial Insurance coverages
and Employee Benefit Sales
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum requirements for state A&H and/or benefits licenses
