Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Content Manager I or II
responsible for managing the content components of the proposal
process.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a content management library for proposals
Collaborate with subject matter experts to curate and maintain
high-quality content
Support proposal responses by creating templates and drafting
sections as needed
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proposal Content Manager I: Minimum of 1 year of experience in
content management or proposal management software
Proposal Content Manager II: Minimum of 3 years of progressively
responsible experience in content management or proposal management
software
Experience responding to RFPs as part of a proposal development
team
Bachelor's degree in Business, English, Communications, Marketing,
or a related area
Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe products
