Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Behavioral Health
Transformation to lead the development and deployment of a new
behavioral health model.
Key Responsibilities
Define the target state for behavioral health, including key
success metrics and opportunity sizing
Assess current state internally and externally to identify
strengths, opportunities, and key requirements
Execute the new operating model while ensuring continuity of
ongoing activities and strategies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Track record of identifying and rectifying broken processes and
systems
Expertise in healthcare operations, technology solutions, and
process optimization
Experience managing external consulting partners from strategy
development to execution
Strong understanding of behavioral health conditions and healthcare
delivery models
