• General Management, Training and Development of the Support Team
• Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Operational and Technical Oversight of a Variety of Support Tasks
• Quality Assurance, Compliance and Customer Satisfaction
• Pricing/QuotingThis is a broad overview, but we can get into the details as we get to know each other.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and proven service industry experience. This role is suited for a dynamic leader looking to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment. Specifically, we are seeking candidates with:
  • Demonstrated related performance management experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A strong understanding of business management, including basic financial analysis, operational processes, and customer service.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, mentoring, and leadership skills.
  • A passionate desire to lead and develop a Team.
  • Ability to strategize, solve problems effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with standard business software and the ability to learn and work within various technologies.
