Director of Data Infrastructure

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Data Infrastructure to lead and scale their data platform and team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and scale the data platform while optimizing cloud resources
Lead a team of DevOps/platform architects and production support engineers
Drive the integration of new technologies and ensure high availability in a big data environment

Required Qualifications

Experience managing data platforms in high-scale environments
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS (Azure and GCP knowledge is a plus)
Proven experience with DevOps, Python, and microservices architecture
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Experience managing small teams while being hands-on
