Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Telesales Training Programs to lead and develop sales training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive sales training strategy for new agent onboarding and ongoing development
Lead a team of curriculum and training delivery professionals, ensuring effective training outcomes
Monitor training effectiveness against KPIs and advance continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
8+ years of high-volume training and development experience
2+ years of virtual/e-learning training experience
5+ years of Medicare experience preferred
Experience with e-learning platforms and digital training tools
