Job Description:
A company is looking for a Care Management Supervisor to oversee
daily operations in various healthcare management areas.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day activities and staff performance
Develop and implement specialty programs related to health
management
Collect and analyze data for outcomes reporting and compliance
activities
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Associates degree in a job-related field or graduate of an
accredited School of Nursing
Five years of relevant healthcare experience or three years with a
Master's degree
One year of experience in a leadership role or equivalent military
experience
Active, unrestricted RN licensure or equivalent professional
healthcare licensure
Certification in Case Management required within three years of
hire (for non-Medicaid only)
