Title: Director of Corporate DevelopmentCompany Summary: We are currently partnered with a leading manufacturing services organization based out of the Atlanta, Georgia area, looking to add a Director of Corporate Development to their highly acquisitive team. This opportunity will allow you to work on execution, origination, lead high-level presentations to the executive board, and partner with private equity executives in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Develop plans for a seamless inorganic & organic strategy to accelerate the firm's growth.
• Prepare and deliver presentations throughout the deal execution period.
• Execute full lifecycle M&A transactions.
• Build and maintain client relations with established and prospective clients.
• Mentor, train, and supervise analyst and associate level team members.Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in mergers and acquisitions in Corporate Development and Strategy.
  • Prior Investment Banking or Big 4 transaction advisory or other related experience.
  • Ability to hit the ground running originating new deals.
  • Bachelor's in finance, Economics, Business or related fields.
  • MBA preferred but not required.
