Dining Services Manager Job SummaryManage a team of food service professionals and oversee dining services operations in a seated dining room setting, including quality improvement, sanitation, and infection control.Responsibilities:

• Oversee dining services operations of a small to medium volume location.
• Interact with customers and resolve complaints in a friendly and service oriented manner.
• Assist with profit and loss and budgeting.
• Work with the Chef and management team to create menus and provide top quality food.
• Assist in the responsibility for all food service-related activities.
• Communicate with the culinary department to ensure food programs reflect the company's vision.Requirements:
  • 2 years of food service supervisory or lead experience.
  • Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and/or related food service operations.
  • Waited table and catering experience is preferred.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
  • ServSafe Certification is preferred.Benefits:
