we are looking for competitive, high-energy Product Specialist-I
(PS-I) to sell our home d--cor products and willing to learn how to
provide solutions to customers through Surya's buyer-seller
process, within an assigned book covering multiple states. Your
focus will be on sole proprietor Interior Design and Retail
customers within the Inside Sales Department. Quarterly travel to
Markets for one-week intervals is required. If you are ready to

RESPONSIBILITIES --- Actively engage in learning Surya's
buyer-seller process specific to account development, and
proficiently coach customers on use of our Key Value Propositions
--- Work closely with your customers to gain insights into their
goals and pain-points in business, utilizing this information to
help them solve pain-points and reach their goals faster--- Achieve
stated Key Performance Indicators specific to the PS-I role ---
Maintain customer and sales activity data in Salesforce --- Resolve
customer issues and manage/escalate concerns as
appropriateREQUIREMENTS --- Bachelor's degree --- 1 year of sales
experience, or transferable experience in the field of Design or
Retail--- Willingness to grow interpersonal skills --- Resilience
and an ability to overcome objections --- Passionate about home
d--cor brands --- Proficient in MS Office 360, experience with
Salesforce a plus --- Attend quarterly markets for one week at a
time --- This position is full-time, on-site at our corporate
