Director, Employee and Labor Relations is responsible for North
America Operations Employee & Labor Relations. A successful
candidate will provide overall management of teams, resources, and
training related to the tiered HR Service Delivery model used to
manage employee issues and questions across the NA Operations
network. This role will recommend and implement strategy related to
operations labor relations topics and will include US, Canada, and
Mexico direct and indirect leadership. This individual must have
extensive experience with employee and labor relations, possess
people leadership, consultative skills, effectively communicate
with senior executive and management levels, and collaborate cross
