The Sourcing Manager is responsible for managing cost-conscious sourcing and purchasing activities in North America for large, outsourced subsystem solutions integrated into Cimcorp total solutions.This role is also accountable for strategic sourcing from global component/steel structure suppliers for, handling RFP/RFQ processes, leading contract negotiations, and supplier evaluations in accordance with sales project teams and project managers, implementing cost-conscious and quality-driven sourcing strategies while building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience within procurement, operations, or relevant experience, preferably in an industrial automation environment
• Experience working in a multi-national company is a plus
• Demonstrated understanding of subsystem sourcing strategies, sales, sourcing, and project process knowledge
• Preferably, knowledge of logistic automation systems
• Must be willing to travel 30-40%Skills
