This leader will drive execution of Market Access strategies and activities which differentiate and demonstrate the patient-centered value to payers, physicians, and patients.Responsibilities:

• Hire, lead, coach and develop the National and Regional Account team members focusing on Commercial and Managed Care Payers, Trade Accounts, IDNs and Group Purchasing Organizations.
• Work with cross-functional partners to support and direct the team.
• Manage GPO relationships and contract negotiations.Requirements:
  • BS/BA Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ Years of experience in Commercial Biotech or Pharmaceuticals.
  • Market Access expertise with an emphasis on market access strategy and pricing required.
  • Experience across a range of therapeutics areas, markets and channels, Cardiology Experience Preferred.
  • Experience leading a team of senior direct reports.
  • Extensive knowledge of payer and health systems, specifically with large academic health systems, IDNs, and GPOs.
