Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Data Manager to oversee clinical
data management activities for personalized cancer care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage data collection, cleaning, and reporting for clinical
studies
Develop and execute data validation programs and ensure data
accuracy
Coordinate data review and reconciliation with external sources
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in an analytical or healthcare-related field
7+ years of experience in clinical data management and
analytics
Expert knowledge of data management processes and EDC systems
Understanding of regulations and industry data standards, including
CDISC SDTM and CDASH
In-depth knowledge of clinical data management systems such as
Medrio, Rave, or REDCap Cloud
