Job Description:

A company is looking for an Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EEODI) Data Program Manager (Part Time) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support data-driven strategies for EEODI initiatives
Design, implement, and assess programs that align with EEODI objectives
Utilize statistical analysis tools like SPSS, Stata, or CISPro for data analysis and strategic planning

Required Qualifications

Strong foundation in statistical analysis and data management
Experience in driving insights for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience with data analysis tools such as SPSS, Stata, or CISPro
Commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion in an organizational context
