Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Marketing/Business
Development of Radar.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the sonar marketing strategy and develop business plans to
achieve company goals
Oversee customer relationship management and engage with key
clients to ensure business growth
Lead the preparation of bids and proposals, ensuring alignment with
company strategy
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technical, or related
field; MBA preferred
6+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Development,
or Marketing roles
Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
Extensive knowledge of the Naval Surface and Sub-surface business
segments
Experience in developing and leading high-performance teams
