Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Provider Enrollment to
oversee billing processes and team management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and evaluate associates to promote a productive team
environment
Develop and implement policies and procedures to meet
organizational goals
Monitor performance indicators related to billing and financial
health
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
At least 5 years of experience in medical billing, cash posting,
and charge entry
At least 3 years of people management experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and
Outlook
Working knowledge of the behavioral and/or post-acute healthcare
industry
