Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Director, Diversity &
Inclusion to lead and direct systemwide diversity and inclusion
initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support diversity and inclusion projects across the
organization
Ensure workforce reflects the population served through
collaboration with talent acquisition teams
Monitor and report on diversity and inclusion metrics to assess
effectiveness and drive improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field;
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Diversity/Inclusion, Human
Resources, or a related field
Knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations
