Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Operations Manager to support
daily operations and banking partnerships in the Canadian
region.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate tasks related to card and fiat operations
Manage the onboarding of new partners and vendors
Oversee the performance of newly released product features and make
improvement recommendations
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in project management, operations, or
business analysis
Experience in banking, payment companies, or fintech is
preferred
Card or payment-specific experience is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as
needed
