Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Application Manager to
join a team for a fortune 100 company in a full-time remote
position.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for the CS/CX business users
Support configuration of a single application/module
Analyze application issues, configuration, implementation, and
function
Required Qualifications:
5-8 years experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
5-8 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator
5-8 years experience with Salesforce application integration using
Salesforce API
Experience with integration, Chatbot solutions, and data
exchange
Certifications: Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2
(Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Admin are nice to
have)
