Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Clinical
Operations to lead operational strategy and delivery of clinical
trials.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of clinical trial managers and oversee clinical trial
consultants
Develop operational strategy, risk assessment, and ensure timely
delivery of clinical trials
Collaborate cross-functionally to address operational issues and
maintain study quality
Qualifications
BA/BS degree or higher, preferably in life sciences with 8+ years
of relevant experience
2 years of monitoring experience preferred
End-to-end experience managing Phase 3 clinical trials,
particularly in CNS
Experience managing vendors and fully outsourced studies
preferred
Experience managing direct reports and working in both large and
small pharma settings
