part of our Voya Investment Management Entry Level Program. The
program, which begins in July 2025, is designed to develop the
careers of entry- level employees and provide you with the unique

Please Note: This position has been designated as a
hybrid-office/home role. Details of your in-office schedule will be
finalized with your manager. The Voya Investment Management (IM)
Client Portfolio Management (CPM) team is seeking a CPM Analyst to
support Voya IM's Private Fixed Income & Alternatives Client
Portfolio Manager and Portfolio Specialist team. Responsibilities
include contributing to the production and enhancement of marketing
and communication materials for a variety of private and
alternative investment strategies, products and services. You will
interface throughout the firm with not only investment
professionals but with product development, marketing, sales,
client service, risk management, compliance, operations, etc. In
addition, you will create materials highlighting the investment
team as well as our philosophy, process and product specifics to be
used by internal and external partners and clients.The
Contributions You'll Make:
- Interact with all areas of the Fixed Income front office to
develop analytical solutions using BlackRock Solutions' Aladdin
investment management platform, as well as proprietary databases
and systems.
- Assist CPM and Portfolio Specialist, as well as Portfolio
Managers in collecting and analyzing product and capital markets
data, driving support materials including commentaries,
presentation books and various marketing and communication
pieces.
- Produce reports and presentations as needed by management.
- Assist in monitoring and analyzing relevant portfolios using
available systems.
- Partner, when needed, with CPM and Portfolio Specialist to
support business development, reporting and client service
activities. Develop a working knowledge of client and business
needs.
- Develop and execute creative ongoing initiatives intended to
identify and satisfy client or business needs.
- Investigate data quality issues affecting analytics and risk
metrics; coordinate corrective actions with other departments as
required.
- Partner with marketing and communications partners to assist in
a high quality investment product content creation and
distribution.
- Ongoing project coordination and communications with all parts
of the organization including portfolio management, marketing and
communications, legal and compliance and Voya's retail and
institutional distribution teams.
- Partner with product development/management team in review,
exploration and launch of new investment products.
- Respond to internal and external client inquiries including
Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Other duties as assignedPreferred Knowledge & Experience:
- Applicants must be graduating with an undergraduate degree in
the December 2024/Spring 2025.
- Bachelor's in finance, economics, engineering, mathematics or
related field a requirement.
- Strong academic standing
- Enthusiasm for the financial markets and investment
management.
- Interest in the CFA program a plus.
- Broad investment, analytical, organizational, operational and
technical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL and PowerBI
a strong plus.
- Highly results-oriented with the ability to work in a high
pressure environment, meet deadlines, and maintain focus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to engage with many
individuals throughout the organization.
- Fixed income experience a plus.#LI-MN1Compensation Pay

responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the
expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s)
listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive
opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives,
and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the
achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this
salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work
within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya
Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual
compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based
upon the candidate's geographic location, work experience,
education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be
finalized at the time of offer. Salaries for part-time roles will
be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be
