OverviewThe Technical Development Projects Manager will be
responsible for leading and executing the technical aspects of
growth strategy initiatives that provide the foundation for growth,
that create opportunities for new revenue streams and ensure
optimized business and market conditions for continued expansion.
This role reports to the Director of Engineering, supporting
Special Engineering Projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical development and execution of multiple
special engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring
alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Projects may include development of new revenue streams
technology; overseeing design, procurement and construction, to
include increased rates of production designs.
- Intellectual property projects; serving as the technical
resource and liaison to other technical resources in the company
(i.e. electrical, controls, mechanical, process, etc.)
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, and other
cross-functional teams to ensure technical feasibility and
successful implementation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure project success and impact on new revenue growth.
- Analyze project outcomes and make data-driven recommendations
for continuous improvement.
- Any and all other duties assigned.Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, in any discipline, from an
accredited four-year college or university
- At least 3 years' industry related experience and/or
trainingPreferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- 1+ Year Project Management experienceAdditional Skills:
