• Lead the charge in identifying and solving complex manufacturing problems to boost efficiency and enhance product quality.
• Develop and implement targeted strategies to tackle production challenges, reduce waste, and streamline operations.
• Foster a collaborative environment to solve cross-functional manufacturing issues with innovative engineering solutions.
• Balance a hands-on approach to problem-solving with the ability to manage and uphold operational standards.
• Conduct thorough investigations and root cause analyses to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Leverage Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies to drive operational advancements.
• Interpret and analyze technical data to ensure manufacturing outcomes align with stringent customer and internal standards.
• Craft detailed reports and actionable insights from complex data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
• Ability to obtain a DOD Security Clearance.
• Travel: 10%. Qualifications: -

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 -years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 -years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 -years of prior Manufacturing Engineering experience. -Preferred Additional Skills: -
• PLC/Automation experience is preferred.
