Job Description:
A company is looking for a Release Train Engineer for a 100%
remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure end-to-end planning and communication between all scrum
teams throughout the project lifecycle
Handle impediments and drive process, cadence, and ceremonies
across scrum and shared teams
Maintain release tracker for technical objects and support risk
management and mitigations
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience as a Release Train Engineer or in
agile management
Proven experience as a Scrum Master, RTE, and in project management
within SAP environments
Experience with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increments
(PIs)
Understanding of SAP and S/4 Hana systems and their integration
with agile practices
People management experience with the ability to lead teams through
change
