DIRECT HIRE - NEW JERSEY| NEW YORK

COMMERCIAL (RESTAURANT WORK) OPERATING HVAC SERVICE TECH - $20 - $25 per hour(COMPANY TRUCK INCLUDED AND CAN BE TAKEN HOME).

Preferred decent background and driving record. Strong long tenure and hard worker with lots of initiative and excellent customer service skills required. THIS ROLE HAS THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE AN OPERATIONS LEAD TECHNICIAN

. Service, repair, and PM all types of commercial restaurant refigeration and HVAC equipment. This would include package heating and A/C units, split systems,REFRIGERATION, ovens, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, vavs, fan coils etc. Assist Junior mechanics with problems in the field.

. Heavy customer and client exposure, travel to various client sites required.

. Service, repair and PM all types of REFRIGERATION AND HVAC equipment.

. Measure airflow from air conditioning units, exhaust fans and make up air units, making sure the airflow are within design.

. Repair rooftop commercial A/C units; rooftop split systems; central A/C systems; electrical and gas fired heaters; air handlers; electrical, pneumatic and pressure controls; compressors; water-cooled and air-cooled condensers; system and equipment controls. Record readings from meters and gauges.

. Interface with customers and explain reports, punch list items and any other issues that might have arisen during the course of inspection. Resolve any issues the customer may have.

. Hard worker, team player, flexible; polite; personality desired. Professional appearance, pride in profession and a desire to have accountability and maintain ownership of tasks desired.
