Position Details:
Job Title: Field Service Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Compensation: $100K plus bonus. Travel expensed.

Position Description:
As a Field Service Engineer you will install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include installing and training customers on equipment, diagnosing and fixing issues, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining detailed service reports. Must demonstrate professional appearance, communicate effectively, and possess strong analytical, mechanical, and electrical skills. Flexibility for travel.
Requirements
--- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
--- Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to diagnose and repair equipment issues effectively. Goal-oriented, excellence-driven mindset for a competitive market
--- Installation Experience: Experience in installing and configuring equipment. Proven success in team-driven profitable growth
--- Customer Service: Strong skills in customer interaction and support.
--- Communication: Effective verbal and communication skills and the ability ability to train others.
--- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks.
--- Valid Driver's License: Current, valid driver's license with personal responsibility for renewals.
