Hardware Lead, you'll have opportunity to own the engineering
technical, cost, and schedule aspects of our projects with the

Experience, & Skills
- BSEE or BSME with 8+ years and commensurate experience leading
engineering teamsPossess solid technical leadership practices for
multi-disciplinary engineering teams engaged in the design and
development of state-of-the-art electro-mechanical productsTeam
sizes may range from small to large (5, 10, to 20+)Team disciplines
include Mechanical (ME), Electrical (EE), Optical (EE), RF (EE), &
Design Drafting (DD)Proven experience in developing, implementing,
and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and productivity metrics
to ensure efficient team performanceImplementing established
Hardware Engineering design processes to achieve product quality
and consistencyPossesses sound interpersonal communication skills
involving interfacing with company personnel, customers, and
suppliersExperience supporting new business capture and proposal
teams with development of hardware engineering cost/schedule
estimatesCapable of exercising independent discretion and judgment
in the performance of engineering dutiesUtilizes computer skills to
prepare appropriate reports, documents, and presentations for
internal/external distributionAbility to develop and implement
design solutions, processes, and systems within budget and schedule

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $115100 - $195700Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
