A company is looking for a VIP Marketing Specialist to support
operations in the West region.
Key Responsibilities
Identify VIP agents needing marketing support and assist through
the onboarding process
Prepare personalized presentations and participate in recruiting
meetings with leadership
Collaborate with creative professionals to ensure cohesive branding
and marketing strategies for VIP agents
Required Qualifications
Prior real estate industry experience required
3+ years of experience in marketing planning, strategy, social
media, and advertising
Experience working effectively in a fast-paced, multi-functional
role
Tech savvy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and
project management systems
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
preferred
