Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director, Commerce & Retail Media to lead strategy and optimization for retail media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage team members and optimize campaign performance, including budget management and reporting
Plan and implement retail media campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed
Develop strong client partnerships and collaborate across teams to enhance skills and expertise

Required Qualifications

At least 6 years of experience in digital performance marketing or 4+ years managing large-scale ecommerce campaigns
Experience managing budgets and meeting KPIs
Proficiency with SaaS and bid management platforms
Excel skills for data analysis and insights
Experience in the evolving field of Commerce & Retail Media
