Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance Associate to assist with
routine bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
functions
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts, ensuring
financial accuracy
Assist with financial reporting and collaborate on budget
tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or a relevant financial degree;
associate's degree with relevant experience considered
Experience with Quickbooks Online, Justworks, Bill.com, and Ramp
preferred
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is required
Experience in a startup or growth environment preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with
attention to deadlines
