Volt is immediately hiring for AP/AR Billing Associate in Chattanooga, Tennessee.





As an AP/AR Billing Associate you will:



--- Open incoming mail daily and check for documentation

--- Sort bills and divide according to system and alphabetize

--- Scrub bills and notes according to system requirements

--- Upload and index into system for offshore processing

--- Fold and mail outgoing clinic payment checks as needed

--- Mail outgoing invoices to carriers as needed

--- Complete special projects assigned by management

--- Request missing documentation from clinics

--- Scan and index invoices

--- Provider payment inquiry support.

--- Print bills and notes from SMP that belong in legacy systems





This is a full-time opportunity.



The ideal candidate will have:
Strong listening, communicating, and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and provide effective solutions.
Works well with others and helps foster a supportive work environment.
Comfortable problem solving while also creating an enjoyable experience for our customers.





Pay Rate: $15-18 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
