Job Description:
A company is looking for a Treasury Quantitative Manager to lead
a team of quantitative analysts and modelers in supporting various
Treasury functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead analysis of various data types to develop recommendations for
senior management
Manage the end-to-end model development process for behavioral
models related to credit and liquidity risk
Serve as a subject matter expert for Treasury projects,
collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics, finance, or related
quantitative field, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 6 years of quantitative behavioral modeling experience,
including 2 years in a supervisory role
Experience managing and analyzing large data sets
Knowledge of model development for behavioral/quantitative
models
Familiarity with model risk management and validation practices
