Job Description:
A company is looking for a Controller to manage accounting,
financial reporting, and compliance functions related to their
Crypto business.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP and
regulatory requirements
Oversee financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal
policies and external regulations
Collaborate with executive leadership on financial performance and
strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA
or equivalent certification preferred
7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3
years in a management-level role
Advanced understanding of GAAP and familiarity with crypto
accounting practices
Proficiency in accounting software; experience with
blockchain-based financial tools is desirable
Experience in the crypto, fintech, or technology sector
preferred
