Strategic Sourcing Consulting for Private Equity - Managers

• Location: Atlanta (Remote)
• Posted: April 30, 2024
• $140,000 - $170,000 (dependent on experience) + Bonus + Benefits
• Must have experience in Strategic Sourcing Consulting; preferably for Private EquityMy client is a rapidly scaling procurement and Strategic Sourcing consultancy, whose client base is made up exclusively of mid-market private equity portfolio companies ($100m - $1bn revenue). As they continue with their growth trajectory, the need has arisen to hire additional Manager level candidates to lead client engagements.Responsibilities:
  • Lead consultant teams of 2-4 resources
  • Own and build senior client relationships
  • Ensure projects run on time and deliver results
  • Deliver key presentations to C-Suite level stakeholders
  • Support, develop and upskill junior consultant teamsTypical Projects Include:
    • Designing creative strategic sourcing strategies
    • Developing RFx's
    • External benchmarking of prices
    • Quantitative market research
    • Spend and 'make vs buy' analysisRequirements:
      • 5+ years' relevant experience in procurement & strategic sourcing consulting
      • Exposure to consulting for Private Equity and/or their portfolio companies
